A few things to know before we arrive
- 1.The tidier the space is when we arrive, the more thorough we can be — for example, clearing dishes lets us actually clean the kitchen.
- 2.We can reach as high as the second step of a stepstool. Skylights and very high fixtures may not be accessible.
- 3.We don't move heavy furniture or clean inside fragile collectibles or valuables unless arranged ahead of time. We never want to break anything.
